Case Study: Improving Dashboard Performance
A Sisense customer was struggling with a slow dashboard and they took up our offer for a 30-minute free consult.
RAPID BI was able to identify a data modelling issue as well as provide information on add-ins to allow a reduction in the number of widgets, and lazy loading. These add-ons were subsequently provided as a free trial.
The customer was able to resolve the data model issue and using the add-ins completely transformed the dashboard into something fast with an amazing user experience.
